How can we safely prune our 40-50-year-old Mulberry tree and remove ivy choking a neighboring lilac? When is the best time for this work?
Regarding pruning of the Mulberry the best time to prune them is in the dormant season. In regards to the ivy, we tend to sever it leaving a one foot gap at the bottom and allow it to die off which makes it easier to remove. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please click here.
