What Our Customers Are Saying
What an extraordinary crew. My ponderosa pines look awesome. Now, I am confident that no big dead branches will fall down to hit a car or person. Seeing the crew climb these ponderosas in the rain was amazing. I now have such an appreciation for the work you all do, the danger it involves, and your commitment to customer service. When I asked a crewmember to be sure to clean up a particular area, I was told, ‘yes ma’am will do’. You are an amazing team. As you continue your work in the tree business, know this satisfied customer understands and values the risk you each take on a daily basis.

My maples and magnolia look fantastic. The magnolia has little clouds of leaves pruned into it, very airy and dainty. The maples are just beautiful. The limbs and branches move with the breeze, and the sunlight filters through the leaves, creating every shade of green in the crayon box. Alex did a great job for me. We reviewed the work order together and determined if I needed any changes. He pointed out a small trunk issue to watch for in the future, which I appreciated. Even the lawn around the work area is tidier than before he began. He is an arborist that is knowledgeable and wants to have the customer satisfied.

All of the staff, starting with Joe, have been and continue to be the most helpful with any problem that I have had. I have been with NPHC for at least fourteen years, and if the staff continues to stay, now that NPHC is with Bartlett, then I will stay. They have been the best.

I am very pleased with how our Japanese Maple turned out. The tree looks so open, dainty, and healthy. I like the look of bringing up the lower branches, and the supportive hardware is barely noticeable.
