What Our Customers Are Saying
We had a summary of the planned work and that is exactly what the crew did. The crew checked in about certain shrubs to make sure they did what we wanted. There was a lot of trimming to do and the list matched our plans, so it was easy to go out and point which shrubs and trees were to be addressed. The shrubs looked more shaped and our misshapen trees look so much better.
Michelle B., Coeur d'Alene, ID
You do a good job and your expertise is apparent, especially in comparison to our experience with other companies of this nature.
Kathy B. , Otis Orchards, WA
It was a pleasure to interact with all of the crew involved in working on my trees. From the first office contact, through Ben's visit to assess the needs, and the foreman's work with the crew, I was confident that my trees were in good hands. With my satisfaction as their goal, they carried out the plan for my yard, made a big mess, and cleaned up thoroughly. Since observing the expertise of Ben and his crew for myself, I have praised Bartlett to friends and relatives and would not hesitate to use their services again.
Candy C., Spokane, WA
Everyone was just wonderful. The initial visit was very informative about our trees and shrubs and what needed to be done. The employee that did the actual pruning did a wonderful job. Our trees and shrubs look 100% better. We plan to have you revisit us in about two years to continue the prune job on our crabapple. Both the representative and administrative staff followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Couldn't be happier.
Claudia V., Reardan, WA
The staff was friendly and informative. I was pleased with the work, as I have been for the last twenty years.
Margaret D., Spokane, WA
What an extraordinary crew. My ponderosa pines look awesome. Now, I am confident that no big dead branches will fall down to hit a car or person. Seeing the crew climb these ponderosas in the rain was amazing. I now have such an appreciation for the work you all do, the danger it involves, and your commitment to customer service. When I asked a crewmember to be sure to clean up a particular area, I was told, ‘yes ma’am will do’. You are an amazing team. As you continue your work in the tree business, know this satisfied customer understands and values the risk you each take on a daily basis.
Beth J., Spokane, WA
My maples and magnolia look fantastic. The magnolia has little clouds of leaves pruned into it, very airy and dainty. The maples are just beautiful. The limbs and branches move with the breeze, and the sunlight filters through the leaves, creating every shade of green in the crayon box. Alex did a great job for me. We reviewed the work order together and determined if I needed any changes. He pointed out a small trunk issue to watch for in the future, which I appreciated. Even the lawn around the work area is tidier than before he began. He is an arborist that is knowledgeable and wants to have the customer satisfied.
Debbie B., Spokane, WA
All of the staff, starting with Joe, have been and continue to be the most helpful with any problem that I have had. I have been with NPHC for at least fourteen years, and if the staff continues to stay, now that NPHC is with Bartlett, then I will stay. They have been the best.
Arlene W., Spokane, WA
I am very pleased with how our Japanese Maple turned out. The tree looks so open, dainty, and healthy. I like the look of bringing up the lower branches, and the supportive hardware is barely noticeable.
