Impacting azalea, rhododendron, salal, and broadleaf evergreens, lacebugs feed on chlorophyll and other nutrients. Dark spots on the underside of leaves, mottled and yellowish foliage and a black, powdery coating of sooty mold are possible signs of infestation.

Taylor Duke is great. He walks through the property giving good recommendations and listening to my concerns. I have recommended him to two other people and they have been equally impressed. Taylor Malone is also helpful. I think the crew sent out was very professional and again helpful.

Arrived when they said they would and worked through a rather windy, rainy, and generally miserable afternoon. Took time to explain what they would do before they started and then pointed out the work that had been done afterwards. I appreciated that as they were working on a large very tall tree and it was not obvious work. Have worked with Bartlett in the past couple of years and always found them professional, responsive. and knowledgeable.
Linda S., Seattle, WA

Taylor came out to take a look at our Hazelnut tree. There was nothing to be done to save it, but the fact that he was honest, did not try to sell us on a partial solution that would not really help or other services we do not need was really appreciated. He was also friendly and professional, I could tell it would have been easy to work with him if we had ended up going that route. I am always hesitant to have someone come out to give a quote because of so many experiences with high pressure sales behavior, but no need to worry about that with this company
Harmony H., Tukwila, WA

Both Taylor’s were great to work with. Crew was very patient and polite with our difficult neighbor. Have already recommended Bartlett to other friends.
Herb B., Seattle, WA.

Very professional, courteous and helpful with all my questions. The crew that came out worked hard on a very wonky Magnolia and I look forward to enjoying my tree again.

Bartlett’s staff and crew were beyond incredible to work with. The level of professionalism, care, and experience was shown in the work on our property. The crew was extremely polite and timely in getting the work done. We would happily have Bartlett at our property again. An overall fantastic experience from start to finish, and a beautiful result in our front yard.
Lindsay P., Tacoma, WA

The crew took a lot of pride in their work. We are very pleased how beautiful and healthy all the trees on our property look because of your company.
