Gary and his team are first rate and under very difficult circumstances did a a very good job. Gary is very professional and explains everything in detail and very easy to talk with. The team who worked on my trees were very professional, and very polite. The condition they worked under was very difficult snow and ice and did an amazing job. They explained they could not clean up properly due to the sawdust being frozen into the snow and apologised for this. Experience top class. Bartlett staff worked very hard to ensure that the tree service offered was first class. All our trees were pruned just as we wished, and a large Japanese Maple removed, and the tree stump also removed carefully. Our garden was left in tidy condition which we were very pleased with. Overall delighted with the work and the amount of light that now comes into our garden. We checked with our neighbor who commented that a great job was done and no tree cutting had fallen into their garden.
