I was very impressed with the service I received from Bartlett. I called the company and spoke with a very helpful woman who moved things around so Michael could come look at my very large, very storm damaged Cypress tree right away. Michael came out and assessed the tree that was in danger of falling on my telephone and internet wires. Within hours Michael emailed me a quote, which was very reasonable, and I signed the contract and emailed it back. Bartlett came out the following morning and removed the tree for me. The crew did an excellent job of removing the tree, taking away all the debris, and cleaning up. The whole process from when I first placed my phone call, to the tree being removed was 48 hours. Excellent service. I would highly recommend Bartlett.
