What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better?Nothing. They did a fantastic job. The staff were excellent. From Jim who came and discussed the job, to the lady on the phone, and the young men carrying out the work. They were all very friendly, helpful and we could not have had any better service. If we need anymore work done we would definitely have Bartlett and would thoroughly recommend them.

Jim and the three men were consummate professionals from beginning to end. Everybody arrived on time, worked hard, and left the ground clear and clean. They were friendly, accommodating, and were able to pile up the wood in all the places I asked. They also put the main stem so it can become a wildlife area. I hope I was not too demanding. Having used the company on several occasions in the past I had no hesitation in arranging a further visit for three trees to be removed plus additional work to be under taken on various large trees. JIm Philpott was most helpful in discussing my requirements and provided additional advice prior to letting me have the quotation at the time of his visit. The two tree surgeons who carried out the job, Nick and Rob, were first class and the entire visit carried out most professionally. Sharon was very helpful in the office. She took time to explain my options for ways in which I could send a copy of the signed work acceptance form back to get the work underway. Even though my I.T. skills are lacking she showed great patience. Thank you. James was helpful and willing to assess the work I required doing and managed it in a Covid secure way. Tim was very efficient removing the Ivy and careful not to damage the tree or nearby fencing and the team did a great job of clearing up with minimal disturbance.
