Approaching 40 years with Bartlett Tree Experts, Peter Becker, who manages the Company’s Mid-Atlantic region, has been named Senior Vice President. Mr. Becker began his career with Bartlett as an intern and has played an integral role in many initiatives that have benefited the Company and the industry as a whole. He was a vanguard in the implementation of plant healthcare practices at Bartlett offices worldwide.
Paul Fletcher has been promoted to Vice President and Division Manager for Bartlett’s New England region, assuming the role previously held by James Ingram who is now serving as the Company’s president. Mr. Fletcher will oversee sales and operations for 14 offices, recruiting arborists and fostering client relationships in those locations. Mr. Fletcher brings over 30 years of industry experience to the position. In his time with Bartlett, he has been a key participant in a number of projects including an extensive tree inventory for The Preservation Society of Newport County as well as efforts to eradicate Asian longhorned beetle in Massachusetts.
Along with this change, Gary Nedorostek will succeed Mr. Fletcher as Assistant Division Manager in New England. Backed by more than 30 years of experience, he has led the Company’s office in Hartford for the past 12 years. He has an Associate degree in Arboriculture and a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Forestry. Mr. Nedorostek’s experience and skills in training arborists and administrative staff will serve him well in his new role.
Rob Allen has also been named an Assistant Division Manager in the Company’s Piedmont region, covering locations in Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland. He was promoted to this position after nine years as a Local Manager during which time he established a new office in Fredericksburg, Virginia and grew this location into a thriving operation.
