June 16, 2005 – Stamford, Conn. – Earlier this year, Bartlett Tree Experts announced the acquisition of the business operations of one water management company and six tree care companies in geographies both in the U.S. and abroad. Continuing this growth trend, Bartlett purchased an additional five companies so far this year.

After rigorous evaluation to ensure these companies share their mission and commitment to safety, Bartlett acquired the tree care operations of Fredericksburg Tree Care in Virginia, Ambrose Laboratories in New York, Richard Synnestvedt – The Care of Trees in Pennsylvania, King’s Consulting in Indiana and Honey Brothers in the United Kingdom.

Over the coming months, Bartlett will be working to integrate the recently acquired companies into its organisation. Many efforts are currently underway to provide a smooth transition for customers and ensure that they receive the best possible service as well as access to Bartlett’s global resources.
