Bo Baker

Bo grew up in coastal Connecticut, where he developed an early passion for tree climbing while watching Bartlett Tree Experts trucks roll through his neighborhood. That childhood interest eventually led him to a career in arboriculture after first serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps for five years. Since 2017, Bo has been providing expert tree care services in the greater Wilmington area. In 2023, he joined Bartlett Tree Experts as both an Arborist Crew Leader and a Plant Health Care Technician, continuing his commitment to tree care and urban forestry.

A Tree Risk Assessment Qualified, ISA Certified Arborist, Bo takes pride in seeing clients' reactions to a beautifully maintained landscape, something the Bartlett Tree Experts team is honored to provide. Backed by the innovative resources of Bartlett's Research Laboratories, Bo helps property owners make informed decisions about the care and management of all woody plants on their properties.

Outside of work, Bo is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys spending his free time on the water, exploring the woods, or relaxing at home with his wife and son.
