Coty Milligan

Coty was born and raised in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. He joined Bartlett in 2022 with a passion for trees, people, and science. Coty has built his career with Bartlett, starting as a Groundsperson, advancing to Crew Leader, Plant Health Care Specialist, and Office Safety Coordinator, prior to becoming an arborist representative.

Coty is an ISA Certified Arborist and Certified Tree Care Safety Professional. He is passionate about helping clients enhance and care for their landscapes in ways that are both sustainable and visually impactful. His goal is always to deliver thoughtful, high-quality results that make a lasting difference. Coty services Staunton, Verona, and Bath County.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, meeting new people, and building genuine connections. He makes the most of living in the mountains, spending time with his wife and four daughters exploring and simply enjoying the environment he calls home.
