Jason Rolnicki

Jason Rolnicki grew up in Elk Grove Village, IL. He began his career with Bartlett in 2016, where he gained hands-on experience as a Ground Person and a Plant Health Care Specialist. Jason earned his Arborist certification in 2017 and his associate's degree in Horticulture from McHenry County College in 2019; then, he transitioned into a sales role within the tree care industry, building on his technical knowledge and customer service skills. Jason rejoined Bartlett in 2025, bringing a well-rounded background in both field operations and client relations.

Jason is an ISA Certified Arborist and a Certified Tree Safety Professional. He is committed to helping clients make informed decisions that promote the health, safety, and longevity of their trees and landscapes. Backed by the resources of Bartlett's Research Laboratories, Jason works to deliver practical, science-based solutions tailored to each client's property.

Jason currently lives in Lake in the Hills, IL. In his free time, he enjoys smoking barbecue, fishing, and camping, often finding ways to stay connected to the outdoors.
