John Phelan

John began his career with Bartlett in 2018 and has experience in all aspects of arboriculture. He developed a passion for the outdoors early in life, which led him to study environmental science, including coursework in biology, soil science, and plant pathology.

John is an ISA-Certified Arborist and provides practical, reliable guidance to clients. John brings a wide range of experience leading our tree crews, having overseen pruning, removals, storm response, planting, preservation, and plant health care projects. He approaches each property's needs with attention and a high level of customer service.

Outside of work, John enjoys snowboarding, hiking with his dog Zeus, and spending time with his wife.
