Joshua Bice

Josh has a degree in Natural Resources Management from Hocking College and started his arboriculture career in 2016 while working for the United States Department of Agriculture. From there, Josh worked at the Great Parks of Hamilton County and eventually ran his own tree pruning and removal company for five years. He joined Bartlett early in 2024 as an Arborist Climber, Plant Health Care Specialist and Arborist Representative.

Josh became an ISA certified Arborist in 2019, became an ISA master certified Arborist in 2026, and has his commercial pesticide applicator license. He learned to climb trees while working for the USDA and it was there that he found a passion for native landscapes and mature tree care.

In his free time, Josh enjoys hunting, exercising, and spending time with his family and friends.
