Joshua Nadler

Josh has been in the tree care industry since he was 15 years old. His first job was driving a tractor for a local nursery in Missouri. Those early roots took a strong hold and really fueled a passion for this field of work. In 2004, Josh became an ISA Certified Arborist and went on to become a Board-Certified Master Arborist. He earned a B.S. in Plant Science from the University of Missouri.

He moved to Oregon to intern at a tree nursery for a year. Josh attended the University of MD, College Park and earned an M.S. in Plant Science, with an emphasis in Plant Breeding and Genetics, through a partnership with the USDA. He started working with the Campus Plant Inventory which transitioned into the position as the Campus Arborist which he held for six years.

Josh enjoys promoting and discussing newer selections and cultivars of trees and shrubs used in the ornamental landscape. He even has a patent and registered trademark on the Kindred Spirit® Hybrid Oak Tree!
