Miller Rambo is a pleasant young man who was easy to talk with and knows his trees. He answered our questions and gave good suggestions and was a big help. The crew came in and did the job well. They left the yard in great condition. Asked if we were satisfied and even pulled a hanging branch from another tree that we had not seen for our safety.

Good Job. I asked for three things that were more than expected. a. a little help on the price b. please haul off some debris that had nothing to do with the job c. cut two small limbs from a small tree overhanging the driveway. Miller was professional and represented the company well. The lead technician who headed your team was courteous and went beyond what was expected by doing b. and c. We all deal with businesses that would not have done this. Bartlett got a chance to do a little more than was expected. Kudos and thumbs up Bartlett.
Louis W., Augusta, GA

John S., Augusta, GA
We have had several services completed on time and within budget by Bartlett. The folks did a great job and left our property in good shape. There are a lot of good tree services in Augusta, but if you are looking to help your trees and shrubs by improving their health I would get an appointment with Bartlett. They helped save several of our trees this Spring via root invigoration, light limb pruning, and correcting too-deep planting, plus some targeted insecticide drench. They did all this while minimizing effects on other insect species. They added soil amendments during the invigoration process and developed watering plans that would sustain the trees while they recovered from all this disturbance. All the trees have put on a lot of growth, including four Leyland Cypresses where two right beside were lost to soil fungus, a massive Oak tree with an early beetle infestation, two Magnolias with false oleander scale, and several other smaller trees near these.
