Trent Skaar

Trent's passion for tree care began 30 years ago. Eager to explore the beauty of Vancouver Island Trent began searching for work that would allow him to be outside. He soon discovered his love for climbing and caring for trees. Trent started his career as an apprentice Arborist at Hartshorne Tree Service over 25 years ago in 2000 when Bartlett acquired Hartshorne Tree Services.

He quickly worked his way to Climber, Foreman, Plant Health Care Specialist, and finally Arborist Representative at Bartlett. Trent has been a Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture since 2003 and carries his Tree Risk Assessment Qualification.

Trent takes great pride in working with clients to develop a respectful long-term relationship and with health and safety at the top of his list his clients can count on him when a concern or emergency arises.
